Not your typical Porsche enjoyer, but I found pretty much the exact Jaguar F-Pace SVR I was looking for here at a good price with just over 2000 miles traded in by someone who was on a rather long waitlist for their new Porsches. I reached out to ask a few questions and received a reply almost right away, and worked with Rob and Charles to get photos and a walkaround video of the vehicle and work out the logistics of picking it up and driving it home across the country. The dealership was nice and modern, clean, easy parking, fairly convenient to Ontario airport, and had Porsches all over the place including a couple of GT3s on the showroom floor. Both Rob and Charles were in regular contact and we got paint protection film installed, regular Jaguar maintenance service and roadworthiness inspection completed, and walked through the options for registration and taxes all ahead of time. On-site, it took about 3 hours from walking in the door through inspecting the vehicle, completing all the paperwork, and driving off. The usual add-ons like wheel and tire protection, were available, but not a particularly good price, so I passed on those, and was not pressured to add them like other dealerships tend to do. I ended up with my first out of state delivery experience which was pretty neat, driving a nice new Porsche Cayenne loaner to the Arizona border to finish the delivery and notary service stating that I was not staying in California or I would owe a ton of taxes, got my CA trip ticket and started my drive home. The drive was great, the only bump being a chunk of tire getting kicked up into the front bumper about halfway home. But it was nothing the PPF couldn't handle, the dark rubber scuff marks wiped right off. Overall would definitely recommend Porsche Riverside, and working with Rob and Charles. I would buy my next vehicle here, maybe a Porsche maybe not. It's hard to beat the sub 3.8s 0-60 and roar of the supercharged v8 SVR when the price equivalent I would get with Porsche is a base trim macan haha, but we'll see.

Andy made me feel like a person, not just another customer, which I really appreciated. Finally, we met Alexis Trujillo, the product representative, who took us through a detailed tutorial of the Taycan's features. With so many new tech elements in the car, Alexis was patient, thorough, and super helpful with my questions, even going over things multiple times to make sure I felt confident before driving off. His guidance made me feel comfortable navigating all the features. Overall, my experience at Walters Porsche Riverside was outstanding, thanks to Tony, Andy, and Alexis. They all made me feel like a valued customer, and their attention to detail and commitment to great service made me a happy Porsche Taycan owner. My experience started off badly when I dropped my car off for service at Porsche Riverside Service Center. They had originally promised me a loaner vehicle but said they were out of loaners when I dropped off my vehicle. Knowing they would have my car for several days I said that was unacceptable. William Barbaro was my service writer and he went out of his way to make things right for me. He had a shuttle give me a ride home and when they had a loaner vehicle turned in later that afternoon he had someone drop it off at my house. Service like that is unheard of these days and i'm glad to be part of the Porsche family because of this.

I was looking to get into a 24 cayenne turbo gt. Evan was my sales guy and he was very informative and responsive with answering my questions on the phone. Once I got to the dealership he did everything to ensure a smooth and easy process. Love the car and had a great experience. Highly recommend Part 2: After I got my turbo gt, my younger brother also wanted a new Porsche and was interested in a new 911 gts. I reached out to evan and he was of course very helpful again; quick to respond answering questions and providing requested info. My brother was quick to make his decision so I came back to the dealership a few days later again with him. The buying experience was as smooth and pleasant as my first time. Evan, Chris, Taylor, and the whole team was a pleasure to work with and treated us well

Charles and Rob made car buying so quick and easy. Their response time was so quick via email. They answered all questions I had very thoroughly. They even helped to arrange shipping because I was an out of state buyer.

I went to Porsche Riverside to look at some SUV models, I absolutely fell in love with the Macan. When arrived I was greeted and helped by Tony. He was very inviting, very knowledgeable about the brand and gave me a great summary of the model and brand overall. I did not go in with the intention of buying a car but I’m very interested in purchasing the macan. I want to thank Tony for helping me know my next car will be a Porsche, I plan on coming in very soon again.
