I purchased my used Panamera from Porsche Riverside and it was an welcoming experience. I don't live in CA, so Rob Owen, my Brand Ambassador, took the time to video both the interior and exterior (with commentary) so that I could see the details of the car prior to experiencing the car. When I arrived, after a 5 hour drive, the car was ready for me to take out for a test drive. I purchased my Panamera that day with ease and confidence that I was in good hands. The service manager Henry Quezada is awesome and Brand ambassador Sherman Sims is fantastic. Just everyone is so nice, respectful and helpful. I have used BMWs in the last 10 yrs from Z4 to 740, this is my first Porsche ( Panamera) and will not be the last one!!!
David Robinson was very helpful in getting us into our 2024 Porsche Macan. We had found one at Porsche Riverside that we thought we might like but David was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and during the test drive was very patient about explaining the operation of the vehicle to my wife who was a little apprehensive about driving this terrific car. Her eventual comfort with the car because of David's efforts definitely made the sale. I would highly recommend Porsche Riverside and David Robinson and Rob Owen in particular to anyone looking for a higher quality vehicle.
