Performance

The 2023 Porsche 911 Dakar delivers on tarmac, gravel and sand. The stiffer engine mounts of the 911 GT3 increase the driving dynamics of the 911 Dakar, especially when driving off-road. The rear-axle steering and Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control work together to create an optimally tuned chassis package that masters even the most difficult rally passages safely and comfortably.

The 911 Dakar produces 473 horsepower, which is transferred to all four wheels by the eight-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung. With 3.14 inches of ground clearance, the 911 Dakar is the only 911 that has a sport suspension, sitting approximately 1.5 inches higher than the standard model. 

The Sport Chrono Package has two additional performance setups for the 911 Dakar:

• Rallye Mode for gravel roads, muddy tracks and wet grass
• Offroad mode for sand dunes and rocky passages

Design 

The 2023 Porsche 911 Dakar pays homage to one of the greatest adventures in the world and a challenging test of endurance: the Dakar Rallye. The new Porsche 911 Dakar utilizes the available Rallye Design Package to bring history to life and continue the journey of the legendary event.

The package includes a two-tone paint finish in White/Gentian Blue Metallic, decorative stripes in Gold/Red and 19/20-inch wheels painted in White with all-terrain tires. Paying homage to the legendary 1984 Porsche 953, this package makes a Porsche fanatic’s dreams come true.

The 911 Dakar features stainless steel with reinforced forged aluminum on the front and rear fascias for extra protection, all-terrain tires and robust side skirts and more.
